As might be expected, Supervisor Davis pitched a hissy fit when the roll call vote was taken. He announced that he was going to write a letter to DEHEC and tell them the names of the Councilmen who had voted against the Fee. Oooooooooooooooo.

A reprint will cost money. Of course with the FLEX budget the County has that should be easy.
With their great idea and plan to reduce the fees, they were confident they had a winner!! They didn't see it coming, as a reporter told me tonight! After the vote, interesting that the CEO of our county would publicly threaten and intimidate the six Council members who voted against the fees by revealing their names in a letter to Ms. Ann Clark, the DEHEC Manager, who is over the SC Stormwater Management Program; and also, indicating to her that we probably will NOT be in compliance after we receive the new permit! Is he a model County CEO or what???
