This will be the first full Council meeting since Supervisor Davis changed all the Rules. Attend and see how well everything works out.

According to their own Rules, this is suppose to be the meeting that approves the "Special" Meeting held to discuss the Council reorganization, however, we understand they ignored their Rules and decided the Council organization changes didn't need to be approved at the "regular" meeting on Monday, 24 January 2011!! Might be a good question for someone in the audience to ask Mr. Davis!!
